There is a growing and well-documented demand for First-Line Supervisors across Indiana’s workforce. According to Indiana’s INDemand Jobs list, supervisory roles are in high need across more than 20 industries, including construction, transportation, production, office administration, retail, and personal services. Many of these roles are classified as “4 Flame” or “3 Flame” priority jobs, meaning they are not only in demand but also offer stable, long-term employment opportunities. How to Apply
The application and enrollment process for our First-Line Supervisor Training Program must be completed at least 30 days prior to requested program start date.
