- Awarded to Indiana state residents who recieve a Higher Education Award and plan to attend an eligible independent institution of higher education within the State of Indiana
- Grants awarded for up to 8 semesters
- U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Full-time student
21st Century Scholars Program
- up to $6,942 *
- Enroll during the 7th or 8th grade
- Meet program requirements
- Reaffirm eligibility during senior year of high school
- U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen
- Full-time student
