Charles Bowling '98 Elected to SJC Alumni Association Board of Directors
Charles Bowling '98 has been elected to the Saint Joseph's College Alumni Association Board of Directors. Bowling graduated from SJC with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Bowling is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Manager at U.S. Equities Realty in Chicago, Ill. He resides in Norridge, Ill. with his wife, Voula, and daughter, Violet Joy.
"My Catholic education has provided me with the discipline to make thoughtful decisions that enable me to lead by example and deal with the ups and downs of life," said Bowling. "SJC offers both reputation and experience. As a member of the Alumni Board, I have the opportunity to share the SJC experience with a larger audience."
As a student at SJC, Bowling was a DJ for WPUM radio and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Student Volunteer Corp. He was also an Accounting tutor and was involved in Campus Ministry.
Saint Joseph's College, named a "character-building college" by the Templeton Foundation and a "best Midwestern college" by the Princeton Review, is a four-year, Catholic college offering 27 majors, 4 group majors, 34 minors, and 9 pre-professional programs, complemented by the nationally acclaimed Core Program.
