MBA Essentials Curriculum
- Concentrated 8-week format rather than the traditional 16-week semester of SJC undergraduate programs
- Benefits:
- Program can still be completed in 12 months
- Permits students to reduce the number of courses taken at a time
- Students are able to focus on two courses at a time for half a semester (four courses over the semester).
Prerequisite Courses
- Completion of additional post-baccalaureate level prep courses is required for candidates who did not major in business or related fields
- SJC accepts evidence of comparable courses taken at another institution with a grade of C or better
- Preparatory courses may be taken in an online format
- Option of demonstrating proficiency by taking an exam for each prerequisite course
